Job Description:
We are looking for a senior web developer with significant exposure to web development. You have experience with PHP, HTML, CSS, Javascript and MySQL.

Your main activities will be to maintain and enhance all layers of ecommerce web sites.

The right candidate will have broad experience and deep interest in web-based sites built on PHP. This position is best suited for someone who has a keen interest in ecommerce systems and can work with commerce APIs.

You will work on a small team that is geographically spread out. Specifically, you will fix front-end (PHP/HTML) issues and, working with backend developers and product manages, you will manage enhancement backlogs to ensure an ever-improving overall consumer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Reporting directly to the Development Manager, implement leading edge web and mobile solutions for the ecommerce websites.
• Participate in live site investigation.
• Participate in design and code reviews, maintain high quality standards.
• Participate in the planning process providing input into estimates and scheduling.

Technical Skills and Experience:
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent training and professional experience.
• 4+ years experience with developing web sites.
• Deep knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS and Relational Databases.
• Good understanding of Mobile issues with regards to web development.
• Working experience with web technologies including JQuery and AJAX
• Some experience with credit card fulfillment.
• Experience with source code management.
