personally, my favorite feature is the reminders

the drawback with Slack group calls is members cannot join until the host initiates the call. With Zoom (or join.me) members can queue up beforehand. This helps with people who have attention issues or are easily distracted because they can dial in a few minutes before the call when the calendar notification reminds them.

Мне кажется, что описано все верно. Просто это два разных подхода, Zoom это conference call, обычно предварительно согласованный.
Слак это типа здесь и сейчас: блин, я столько не напишу, давай лучше голосом...
Мы, кстати, Зумом тоже пользуемся, именно для conference call/meeting-ов, у нас все meeting rooms зумифицированы, а Слак, как телефон...

Возможности нет, отсутствует по причине необходимости решения более важных проблем
Со временем обещают сделать...
Вернее, возможность есть, но через ж..., вернее через DM к самому себе, делаешь там snippet, a вставляешь линк в thread...
