С пол-Ванкувера с Торонто тогда будет, имхо

может быть, но если сравнивать по странам, то приблизительно
в штатах 17,350,000 миллионеров на 328,000,000 ,
а в Канаде 1,289,000 на 37,000,000

Разница в полтора раза ( 1 на 18.9 vs. 1 на 28.7 )

Думаю, что заниженная цифра. В одном только грейт Ване -2.5 млн, Торонто -4 млн. 20% уже перекрывают эту цифру. А есть еще домовладельцы Монреаля.

3начительная часть хаусхолдов состоит из нескольких человек. И если муж и жена владеют домом (полностью выплаченным!!!), скажем, за 1.5М, в равных долях - то на одного из них приходится 750К - и в клуб условных миллионеров они не попадают.

Средняя стоимость недвижимости в Б.Ванкувере - около 1М. Домов/таунхаусов/квартир за 2М и выше здесь относительно не так уж и много. А в Монреале и подавно:)

Миди, скачки цен туда-сюда неизбежны, но генеральная линия - вверх, и она выше инфляции. Ну так планета Земля устроена, население растет, площадь - нет. В микромире посмотрите на Ванкувер, там очень ограничено место для человеческого поселения, и вообще - горы, океан... В Торонто с юга озеро, вот и растем в три оставшиеся стороны света. А понаехавшие все понаезжают и понаезжают. Ну короче как-то так.
