Сначала деляги друг друга отстреливают в борьбе за остатки рынка. Потом и юзеры задёргаются, когда цена взлетит (если уже не взлетела).

Jan. 19: John David Parker, 57, is killed during an altercation at the North Fraser Regional Pretrial Centre in Port Coquitlam. Fellow inmate Victor Manuel Hurtado, 22, of Colombia, is charged with second-degree murder.
Jan. 22: Michael Allen Sing, 23, is found fatally shot in a vehicle in Surrey.
Jan. 28: Tejvir Singh Bains, 24, shot at his home, 12585 72nd Ave., Surrey. A month later, 30-year-old Surrey gangster Raminder Singh "Mindy" Bhandher is charged.
Jan. 29: Justin Aaron Yusko, 28 and a regular drug user, was found stabbed in a rural roadside ditch on Ford Road between Bayne and McTavish in Maple Ridge. He died later in hospital.
Feb. 9: Chi Wai Liao, 32, shot to death while sitting in a pickup in the parking lot of the Delbrook Recreation Centre, North Vancouver.
Feb. 24: Khanh Pho Mach, 29, stabbed to death on the front lawn of his home in the 15500-block 100th Avenue in Surrey. His girlfriend is later charged.
Feb. 24: Patrick Hamilton, 28, is found shot dead in a driveway on the Katzie No. 2 first nations reserve in Langley.
Feb 25: Justin Peter Vasey, 14, is slain behind a derelict home near 104th Avenue and 140th Street in Surrey. Three young offenders are charged with second-degree murder, while 20-year-old Cody Allan Pelletier of Vancouver faces one count of manslaughter.
March 2: Zdzislaw "Jim" Kutyla, 51, is found dead inside a house in the 8200-block of 19th Avenue in Burnaby. The businessman and family man is not known to police.
March 7: Nhant Truong "Joe" Tran, 23, sitting in the driver's seat of his Mercedes in his driveway at 90th Avenue and 141A in Surrey, is shot and killed.
March 12: Silas O'Brien, 21, is killed in an apparent act of road rage near Abbotsford.
March 13: Alfred 'Fred' Walcott, 22, bleeding from gunshots wounds, pounded on the door of a stranger before dying on the doorstep in northeast Coquitlam. Walcott was known to police.
March 13: Peter (Smokie) Chan found dead in a home in the 7300-block of 12 Avenue, Burnaby.
March 14: Jeff Gordon Cornell, 31, found shot to death at the roadside on 196C Avenue at McNeil Road in Pitt Meadows. He had a lengthy history with police.
March 19: Kellen McElwee, 25, disappears after meeting his friends at the Langley Keg for dinner. Police believe the Burnaby man met with foul play.
March 19: Hark Hans, 28, is found dead in his parked car at Surrey's Eaglequest golf course.
March 25: Hendrikje Priester, 52, is found dead in her Abbotsford condo, hours after a 911 call was made from the apartment. Police did not attend. Her spouse, Daniel Raymond Casgrain, 54, is later charged with manslaughter.
March 29: Michael Andrew Gibbon, 39, is killed during a major disturbance at Agassiz's Mountain Institution, where he was serving an indeterminate sentence for sexual offences.
April 10: Michael Scullion, 30, of Chilliwack, disappears after an altercation outside the Agassiz Crossroads Hotel. Police believe he met with foul play and IHIT is now in charge of the case.
April 14: Charle Dalde, 24, is killed in an altercation in Richmond. Police charge Umut Ari with second-degree murder, but he is instead committed to a psychiatric facility.
May 9: Duane Harvey Meyer, 41 and a member of the UN gang, is found shot to death on the front steps of an Abbotsford home. He is well-known to police. No one has been charged.
May 9: Jonathan Alex Barber, 23, of Langley, was shot to death in a vehicle heading along Kingsway in Burnaby. The Porsche Cayenne was normally driven by a well-known gang member and Barber may have been shot by accident.
May 17: Cody Gottschalk, 19, is fatally stabbed after a fight between two groups in the Cultus Lake campground. Adam Derek Phillips, 18, Justin Wayne Lennard, 19, and Nathan John Simmons, 22, have all been charged.
May 24: Bhupinder Singh Benning, a 27-year-old Richmond gangster, is gunned down on Portland Street in south Burnaby about 3 a.m. No one has been charged.
May 24: Harminder Singh Hans, an 18-year-old from Abbotsford, was stabbed to death after a confrontation between two groups of youth. Shavinder Singh Brar, 21, and Amrit Singh Gill, 20, were later charged with second-degree murder.
May 28: Janice McMath, 64, of Abbotsford is shot in her home on Bradner Road. Her husband Robert is later charged in the case.
July 5: Robert Morton, 53, is found stabbed in Burnaby at a house on Halifax Street and later dies. His wife 39-year-old Danielle Alice Morton is later arrested.
July 19: Thomas Dale Hopfner, 59, is found critically injured in downtown Mission and later dies. Shane Charles Buckner, 32, is later charged. Buckner's brother Payton would later become one of 2008's last murder victims.
July 22: Dustin Lee Webster, 25, is found dead of gunshot wounds at a gas station. He had been shot earlier in a rural residence in Abbotsford that housed a marijuana grow-op during an attempted robbery.
Aug. 1 - A teen is shot accidentally by his friend and dies after an incident in an Abbotsford home on Brisbane Court. A 17-year-old is now facing charges of criminal negligence causing death.
Aug. 5: Zachary Hobek, 17, is shot to death in Chilliwack about 2:30 a.m. and two others are injured. Joshua Paul Quinlan, 21, is facing second-degree murder charges.
Aug. 10: Victor Bergen, 40 and a Chilliwack resident, is killed in a head-on collision with Gerald Guliker, 44, who had earlier called police and told them he was traveling to Hope to commit suicide. Guliker also died in the crash.
Aug. 16: Adrian Gilpin, 35 and a convicted drug trafficker, is found shot to death just about 3 a.m. in Burnaby. No charges are laid.
Aug. 19: Manjit Kaur Sandhu and her daughter Sabrina, 22, are gunned down in the family home in the 14300-block of 72 Ave. Manjit's husband, Harpaljit "Paul" Sandhu, 53, is later charged.
Aug. 20: Unidentified human remains are found in a house in the 13400-block of 88 Ave. in Surrey, a suspected homicide victim.
Aug. 20: Chilliwack realtor Michael Gordon, 33, is shot to death in his car. He was working regularly for jailed UN gang leader Clay Roueche before his murder and died just a month after another realtor linked to the B.C. gang, Elliott Castaneda, is murdered in Mexico.
Aug. 21: Gurpreet Singh Sidhu, 21, is shot to death in the driveway of his parent's Surrey home in the12400 -block of 90A Ave. His friend, Opinder Singh Sian is wounded. The gunmen escape in a vehicle.
Aug. 29: Maija-Liisa Corbett, 19, and Hyeshim Oh, 46, die when they were pinned by a truck that plows through the window of a Maple Ridge sushi restaurant. Brian Craig Irving, 51, of Maple Ridge is charged with two counts of second-degree murder.
Sept 21: Melissa Joan Chatham, 24, was killed at a Surrey house in the 10300-block of 140th Street. A former boyfriend and extreme fight promoter, Kelly David McKenzie, is charged.
Sept. 21: James Ashker, 19, dies from stab wounds inflicted before he crashed his car in Maple Ridge. A 17-year-old female is later charged.
Sept. 22: Lisa Cheryl Dudley and Guthrie Jolan McKay are found gunned down in their Mission home in a targeted hit. There was evidence that the shooting had occurred days early and Dudley was still clinging to life when police arrived, but soon died. This targeted double murder also remains unsolved.
Oct. 4: A 32-year-old man originally from Afghanistan is stabbed to death in Surrey at a home in the 11100-block of 136 Street. Police have not released his name by Vancouver's Tammy Jill Myran, 23, is now charged with second-degree murder.
Oct. 7: Jimmy Lee "Grover" Grove is gunned down at his North Surrey crack shack on Timberland Road. Lee had many connections in the Whalley drug trade and sold meth and crack. No charges have been laid.
Oct. 14: A 13-year-old boy is shot with a pellet gun in Surrey and later dies. Another boy is interviewed by IHIT investigators about what happened, but no charges have been laid.
Oct. 19: Todd Joseph "J-Money" Krantz, linked to the Independent Soldiers' gang, is gunned dodwn at the extreme fighting club in ran in Abbotsford. The case remains unsolved, but the slaying may be linked to a rival Fraser Valley gang.
Nov. 25: Van Phuc "Jimmy" Le is shot to death in his car off King George Highway in a strip mall parking lot about 10 p.m. He is known to police and no one has yet been charged.
Dec. 6: A dead man in his early 40s is found at a recycling business in Surrey. It is believed he may have died in a dumpster and been transported to the business unknowingly.
Dec. 8: Ian Bruce Richards, 23, is found in a ditch in Pitt Meadows in the 20100-block of McNeil Road, shot to death. He is known to police.
Dec. 28: A murdered man is found in a burned out SUV in Surrey. IHIT is now handling the case. The man's name has not been released.
Dec. 31: Payton Booker Buckner, who called himself Dexter, was stabbed to death outside a Mission New Year's Eve party. The 21-year-old is known to police, but his friends say the slaying was racist and unprovoked.
Dec. 31: Adam Hanson, 29 and with an extensive criminal record, is shot outside a New Year's Eve party in the 11200-block of 134 Street about 11:20 p.m.

Vancouver Police jurisdiction:
Jan. 19: Ricardo Francis Scarpino and Gilles Andre Lepage are gunned down as they arrive in a black Land Rover at Gotham's Steakhouse downtown. Two armed men, laying in wait, walk up to the vehicle and shoot the pair. Afterwards, the suspects flee on foot and police later recover two guns.
Jan. 27: Deward Ponte, 15, is stabbed to death in a park near 33rd Avenue and Fraser Street in Vancouver and two friends wounded. Charged with second-degree murder in connection is 19-year-old Surrey resident Roseller Salvacion.
Feb. 2: Pritpal Singh Virk, 19, gunned down outside a home on East 54th Avenue, days after having drug charges against him stayed.
Feb. 12: Kataryna Semenova, 27, found in shallow water by someone walking a dog along the ravine near Marine Drive and MacPherson Avenue in Burnaby. But police believe she was killed in Vancouver, making the case a VPD file.
Feb. 15: Earl Seymour, 40, dies in a minivan in the downtown, after being struck by bullets fired through the windshield. Matthew Ryan Wall, 26, is charged with first-degree murder.
March 7: A 47-year-old man dies after a fight with his stepson in an east Vancouver apartment. The 23-year-old is later charged with manslaughter. Police do not release their names.
March 8: Kyle Richard Wong, 20, steps out of his car in 8600-block of Aqua Drive, Vancouver, and is caught in a fatal hail of bullets.
March 24: Enrique Manuel Marques, a disabled man, is found dead in his condo at Nanaimo and 30th in Vancouver. He may have been killed during a robbery.
May 7: Denis Jablonsky, 30, dies in a double shooting at the Cecil Hotel strip club in Vancouver. He has gang associations.
July 5: Van Em Huynh, 25, is shot to death outside a Vietnamese restaurant in Vancouver during a fight between two large groups of men.
July 28: Hung Van Bui, 27, is found slumped in the driver's seat of a 2002 silver Nissan Altima on East 65th Ave. He was a well-known gang figure who survived a targeted shooting just a few months before.
Aug. 30 - James Edward O'Toole, the 29-year-old leader of a drug trafficking ring, is gunned down on Commercial Drive just before 1 a.m. in the back seat of a cab. No one has been charged.
Sept. 11: Willene Wah Ying Chong, 76, dies in an arson fire at her home at 2781 E. 55th Ave. A group of young people is seen in the area at the time.
Oct. 2: Rakesh Ratnam Naidu, 34, linked to a Vancouver crime group led by James Edward O'Toole until his August murder, is shot to death in the Oakridge Mall underground parkade. Masked gunmen flee.
Oct. 25: Lana Marie Christophersen is killed after an explosion in her apartment in East Vancouver that police say was deliberately set. Her ex-boyfriend, gangster Jamie Cliff, 34, is facing charges in her murder and the attempted murder of her room-mate
Dec.12: Benjamin David Banky, a 40-year-old Vancouver businessman, is gunned down at his company's Christmas party. A former employee, Eric Allen Kirkpatrick, 61, is charged.
Delta Police jurisdiction:
Jan. 20: Rajvinder Kahlon, 18 months, is killed in her Delta home. Her father Lakvinder Kahlon is charged with her murder.

полность согласна с Pix. Откуда вы знаете что в других районах ситуация лучше. почему-то пока "кризиса" не было никто и не говорил о всяких там грабежах. а сейчас они статистику выложили ))) а смысл?

Лучьше всего залазить в богатые дома, предпочтительно с сигнализацией, те уже давно расслабились и думают что она отпугнёт воров. Профессионалы знают, что там есть чё брать, менты реагируют на сигнализации в течении часа, а соседи забивают на шум.
