что-то мне подсказывает что с такими взглядами у него немного перспектив:

т.е. предлагается пустить по миру американскую оборонку (зачем нужны все эти ПРО, лазеры, авианосцы, Ф-22? пара подводных лодок и все) и федрезерв, ни много ни мало.
