You have to compare apples with apples. Cant compare USA with Namibia, Swaziland, India, Bangladesh, China, Russia and Belgium and be accurate. People are different, culture is different hence solutions have to be different.

Totally different countries, different economical principles, different people, different culture overall. You are under false impression that if two countries share language, share some common laws and by-laws, share some road signs than probably they must share solutions.

Not at all, America is constitutional republic with all its fruits and joys, Canada is a constitutional monarchy with all its fruits and joys. Cannot compare and flap gun laws in monarchy that is backed with constitution with laws in a republic that is backed with constitution.
