Откуда такие сведения? Я говорю о пауер йоге и пилатис. Аэробика тоже очень разная бывает. В зумбе, например, куча упражнений на мышцы попы и ног.simon писал(а): Йога !.не тренирует сердечно-сосудистую систему, 2.не сбрасывает жир, 3 не укрепляет, не растит целевые мышцы.
Видела много качков, которые просто не могут сделать элементарный наклон, но мышцы у них - ого-го! Я же для здоровья советую. Очень овервейт пипл зумба конечно не подходит.
