Кто-то использовал сабдж для выбивания денег с нерадивых клиентов (продавцов) и т.д. ???

Хочу попытаться отбить damage deposit с владелицы котеджа, который я с друзьями рентовал. Хозяйка решила на нас навесить все грехи, сделанные предыдущими рентовщиками.

Это я читал. Вопрос отпал сам собой. После упоминания суда хозяйка решала что нефиг морду баловать и согласилась на переговоры. Итог на сегодня - почти весь депозит возвращается.

Я. Писал уже об этом в свое время. В архивах должно быть.

Если кратко, Future Шоп заныкал мой фотик после ремонта и не хотел отдавать. Я сходил в Small Claim, заполнил исковое заявление, заплатил пошлину. Копию заявления -- курьерской почтой в Central Office Фьючешоп-Канада. Назавтра же позвонили, отдали взамен другой, лучший. Заявление из суда забрал.
