VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) - Vancouver fire fighters are spending the early evening hours of Halloween at blazes in an apartment building and another at a house.
News1130 has a reporter en route to the scene of the apartment fire on 7th Avenue East, at Carolina Street.
The house fire is on Kings Avenue, east of Earles Street at Picton Street.
