читая эту статую вспомнилась мне одна знакомая девочка - была немного помпушка - когда захотела похудеть, стала кушать только тостики белого хлеба с маргарином и запивая дайэт колой
... Результат был обратный...
Anyway, давно уже хотел поделиться полезной информацией:
