Senior TA is able to make project and technical decisions in the context of the organization as a whole and is able to develop solutions that have a positive impact beyond the scope of current projects. They are positioned with clients as a thought leader and business partner and through their advanced technical knowledge are able to push the boundaries when developing complex technical solutions. They are recognized for their effective team leadership and for innovation.
RESPONSIBILITIES /
Consistently lead a team towards delivering technical solutions that are in line with client's objectives and meet Blast Radius' high standards; deliver on time and on budget.
During the planning and design phase, work collaboratively with team members to come up with comprehensive and viable designs and estimates.
Apply knowledge of relevant technologies, analysis tools, operating systems, communication protocols, databases and data modeling to projects.
Apply knowledge of programming paradigms / standards and when appropriate develop reusable components that positively impact future projects.
Produces comprehensive and accurate documentation including the TAD
Participate in client pitches and proposals and communicate with clients about key technical issues throughout the duration of projects.
Act as a leader in internal teams including conducting code reviews, post project analysis and clearly articulating throughout the duration of projects what is important to the project's success, the priority of requirements and other key messages.
Participate in Blast Radius internal activities
Other related duties as needed
REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE /
A minimum of 9-12 years experience with OO software development with a minimum of 6 years experience architecting large complex E-Commerce solutions
6-9 years of Experience with Both J2EE and Microsoft Application Development.
6 Years + using C#, C++, VB, COM/DCOM
Experience with systems integration including integration with mainframes
2-3 Years experience with XML, XSLT, and X path.
Minimum 6 years of Database experience with SQL, Oracle, and Sybase.
Weblogic with a large data warehousing and call center integration component is an absolute must.
Experience working with external clients, managing client expectations and acting as a liaison with internal teams
Experience managing Global name brand clients.
Experience managing large teams, both internal and external.
Experience conducting technical presentations in a high pressure environment
A degree in Computer Science and / or equivalent experience is a must.
