У меня ренюал через 90 дней. Запреаппрувиться, что ли? Кто сейчас самые вкусные фиксы раздаёт?

Это сайт для Торонто. У них другие ставки комиссионных риэлтора.

Самые вкусные фиксы раздает Sutton, точнее компания Finder Financial Services. Их услугами можно воспользоваться только через риэлтора работающего в Sutton. Для ренюал тоже к ним через риэлтора (платить ему ничего не надо).

Сразу предупреждаю, что дают такие рейты не всем, а только тем у кого высокий кредитный рейтинг. Есть и еще кое-какие нюансы, но это - "при встрече". В принципе их предложения настолько заманчивы, что я ради них перешла в Sutton. Так что, если интересуетесь, пишите в личку.

Завершил тока-тока свой ренюал. Как и было обещано брокером, 3.44% на 4 года. Взял больше, чем надо было на погашение предыдущего мортгиджа. Месячные платежи почти такие же, как были при старом мортгидже (срок амортизации увеличился). Излишек - живой кеш. Частью излишка загасил имевшиеся долги по кредиткам и прочим кредитным линиям, оставшуюся часть - пропью, наверное. Если, конечно, не взбрыкнёццо сделать препеймент по новому мортгиджу (в чём я лично сомневаюсь).

еше неделю- полторы жду и иду сдаваться (данный рейт застолблен).

The Bank of Canada announced this morning that it will leave its key interest rate unchanged. The Bank also reiterated its commitment to hold its key rate at the current level until the end of the second quarter of 2010 (June 30), conditional on the outlook for inflation. In its statement the Bank noted that in Canada, “stimulative monetary and fiscal policies, improved financial conditions, firmer commodity prices, and a rebound in business and consumer confidence are spurring domestic demand growth. However, the higher Canadian dollar, as well as ongoing restructuring in key industrial sectors, is significantly moderating the pace of overall growth.”
It is expected there will be no changes with most F.I.'s leaving their prime lending rate steady. Variable-rate mortgages, variable-rate credit cards, and home equity lines of credit are typically linked to a lender’s prime rate.
Pricing for fixed-rate mortgages is not directly affected by today’s announcement.

Честно говоря не верится что банк продержит такой низкой процент до Июля 2010. В Июле у меня намечается очередной мортгич.
