Знаю, что остров мало кого интересует, как потенциальное место жительства - но если кому интересно, то почитайте и там же сайт с работой.
В 2х словах- если вы хотите работать и нашли позицию на сайте - Я вас привожу туда и представляю.
Причем неважно какая работа- медик, електрик, porter, лаборант ит .д.
И если вас нанимают - я получая 300 долларов.

Кстати - porter, в госпитале, получают от $ 20 в час и у них свой юнион, бенефиты и т.д.

VIHA’s pilot Employee Referral Program, launched March 2, is getting a steady stream of referrals. Already about 50 VIHA employees have responded to the invitation to refer a family member, friend or acquaintance to VIHA.
Many of the potential recruits are now going through the usual evaluation stage of the hiring process. Those staff members that have referred eligible candidates will soon know if their referred candidate is successful and, if so, they will receive a $300 reward.
To be part of this rewards program, referrals are accepted for Regular FT or PT positions listed as "open until filled" on the VIHA Website.
With this program, everyone is a winner: Staff members are rewarded for making a successful referral; VIHA has the opportunity to recruit a new team member for its difficult-to-fill positions and the successful candidate gets a great new job.
Don’t delay. Referrals will be accepted until August 31, 2009. We’re looking forward to hearing from you.
