You will work on web sites that inspire users and create compelling digital experiences. You take pride in seeing projects through to completion and constantly upgrading your technical skills. You have the ability to code HTML, CSS and Action Script by hand.

RESPONSIBILITIES /

* Working closely with the creative and production team you will hand code front-end interfaces when developing components of client sites.
* You will develop nested tables, frames, meta tags and create hooks to embedded media or scripts.
* You will work will style sheets, rollover, scripts, window openings and demonstrate an understanding of image compression and different mime types.
* You will produce animations and transitions.
* You will update and edit Photoshop templates and compress graphics.
* You will validate code, predict problems and debug basic scripts.
* You will be relied upon to see projects through to completion with high accuracy.
* Work to meet client and internal deadlines as needed which will require you to work extra hours beyond the standard work day.
* Participate in Blast Radius cultural activities.
* Perform special projects/duties as needed.
* Such duties that may be reasonably required by the Company.


REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE /

* A mind blowing personal website that demonstrates technical and creative flair
* A related New Media Diploma from an established school
* A minimum of two year experience producing commercial websites, preferably more
* Hands on programming experience with HTML, CSS, Action Script, and Java Script
* Working experience with multiple graphic file formats, such as .tif, .eps, .psd, .jpg
* Full experience dealing with browser compatibility issues
