 Using AutoCAD 2008 generated all the drawings which a contractor would need to build new installations.

Тоже за убрать. И в или под обджектив добавить саммари, 1-2 предложения несписочным языком.
Про хобби лучше поговорить, чтобы было о чем говорить. Причем я бы тут же предался и поговорил о хобби собеседника....если это конечно не гольф и не боулинг.

Fluent English точно убрать, и грамматические и стилевые ошибки имеются. Я только для примера 2-3 исправил

Я извиняюсь за самовольную правку, но просили же поиздеваться)..сам я не меньше ошибок пишу, а еще больше говорю, но чужие всегда лучше видно........но я не об этом...а почему Design Engineer, а не Mechanical?
пс. разноцветность, что бы подчеркнуть разные стили и направления

А это я первое попавшееся в голову вписал, так как это, все равно, образец. У меня последняя должность в трудовой книжке значилась как инженер-конструктор, вот я и перевел дословно. Естественно, под реальную позицию я буду писать как это обозначено в объявлении.
А за коррективы огромное спасибо, все учту.

Я только показал ошибки разных видов, их там больше уже подобных, и не забывайте про кажется это называется у них coherence. Перепишите, я могу еще поправить, ломать - не строить, но за свою грамотность не отвечаю

это как-то не по английски ...

Главное впечатление - перечислены обязанности, нет никаких достижений. Работодатель предпочел бы увидеть не что предыдущие работодатели вам поручали, а что они от вас получили, т.е. ваши achievements.

А хобби я бы как раз оставил, но, опять же, если вы о них что-то можете более интересное написать. а не только перечислить.
Ну, например, - "поймал сома на 53.5 кг", "вкатил на велике на Сайпрус за 15 мин", "занял 2 место в чемпионате KubanEnergoComplect по пинг-понгу" ...
