QA questions - Please help!
Question #1 – At our company, we have a number of users and stakeholders who are located in geographically dispersed areas. For this particular project, we plan on doing 3 UAT sessions on a new application not previously used.
The first session is for the project stakeholders who are based in BC.
The second session will be for the subject-matter experts of the system and the third session will be for the users of the application.
The 2nd and 3rd sessions will involve people from BC, Ontario and Quebec. How would you structure the UAT sessions given that it is unlikely the QA resource will be able to travel to the eastern locations and the users cannot be onsite in Vancouver?
Question #2 – How would the individual look to come up to speed to QA a product that they know nothing about?
Question #3 – in our environment, we have
· 2 developers,
· a DBA,
· a BI resource,
· a PM
· a BA
How do they envision the QA process to work between these team members? Please outline your expectations inclusive of any tools that may be employed.
Question #4 – In the QA process, what percentage mix of automated test scripts and manual testing would they consider to be ideal? What mix would they consider to the be minimum?

Заранее благодарю!
