POSITION: Operations Administrator
DEPARTMENT: Operations

POSITION FUNCTION: Under the supervision of the Operations Coordinator, this position is responsible for a variety of tasks in facilities, purchasing, equipment maintenance, and related areas.

QUALIFICATIONS: Hands-on experience in facilities/equipment maintenance (minor repairs and installations)
Administrative experience in record-keeping (electronic and paper) and purchasing documentation and processing
Valid BC Drivers License
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
Clear oral and written communication skills.
Effective organizational abilities, sound judgment and initiative, detail oriented, ability to multitask, and tactful patient approach.

HOURS: 35 hrs per week
STARTING PAY: $20.05 per hour (Level 1)
