Не так то все и плохо тут со школьной системой образования, как в этой статье пишут, особенно по сравнению с США.
Интересно какая у них выборка была, из каких школ студентов тестировали...

2) PISA 2009 key findings presents the initial results from the 2009 survey, which assessed the competencies of 15-year-olds in reading, mathematics and science (with a focus on reading) in 65 countries and economies.
3) In Canada, approximately 23,000 15-year-olds from about 1,000 schools participated across the ten provinces.

Можно, конечно попробовать названия конктретных школ поискать, но по моему 1000 школ - достаточно репрезентативная выборка( учитывая, что тестировали только 15 летних).

Можно, конечно попробовать названия конктретных школ поискать, но по моему 1000 школ - достаточно репрезентативная выборка( учитывая, что тестировали только 15 летних).

1000 школ - это да, похоже на репрезентативную выборку. Меня больше интересовало были ли частные или католические школы в этой выборке или только государственные.

Были и паблик, и частные, и католические.
