Requirements:
* Deep understanding of how web-application works - from HTTP to backend
* Experience with several frameworks - yii, zend (A MUST)
* PHP applications optimization experience - profiling, debugging, looking for bottlenecks
* High-availability, fault-tolerance planning for web-applications
* NoSQL data storage (mongodb is a must) experience
* Nginx, php-fpm understanding
* Sphinx search engine experience
* Development culture - git, jira, continuous integration, test driven development
