This lecture takes a deeper look at the striking representations of women in the current exhibition Of Heaven and Earth: 500 Years of Italian Painting from Glasgow Museums, showing how such figures as the exemplary Virgin Mary, the sensual Salome, the repentant Mary Magdalene and the triumphant Galatea have served to shape the social roles of women in past centuries.

Ну уж нет В интернете всё доступно в плане живописи, скульптуры, архитектуры - это то же самое, что стримить "экранки", вместо того, чтобы в кино идти Типа, Карузо, Карузо

Лекции же, с другой строрны, предполагают некоего проповедника, который тебя чему-то учит, соотвественно и вопрос - а интересно ли на этих лекциях?

Ну вот, сразу несогласие. Поэтому нужен собственный опыт. " Опыт хорош, если за него не заплачено слишком дорого", а за такой- совсем недорого. Ну и сколько людей, столько и мнений. Услышал-узнал что-то новое, интонация, тембр, обаяние (или нетути)... все идет в зачет.
Ну и от леди можно ожидать больше, чем от этого "проповедника".

This painting is by Giuseppe Cesari, an artist better known by his honorary title, Il Cavalier d’Arpino. The scene shows the Archangel St Michael, in the dress of a Roman warrior, driving rebel angels out of heaven. These angels had chosen to side with Lucifer, who was once an angel himself but had turned to pure evil – from then on to be known as the Devil, or Satan, and often depicted as a dragon in the context of his battle with St Michael. The subject was taken from the biblical Book of Revelation. This was a popular work, and several versions of the composition are known to have been made.
