Hiring timelines across the organization will vary, and our processes may take longer than expected due to the requirements around Police Security Clearance. The minimum residency in Canada required to conduct these aforementioned police-level clearances, as established by our law enforcement partner agencies (the VPD and the RCMP) is five(5) years, and can go up to seven (7) to ten (10) years, depending on the level of clearance required for the applicable position.

This is a unionized role within E-Comm whichmeans:
Hourly Rate starts at $29.96 ($62,315.38 per annum) and after 4 full years of service, will surpass $35.26 per hour ($73,344.43 per annum).
Vacation is pro-rated in your first year to 1/12 of 10 days for each month or portion of a month greater than 1/2 worked by December 31st, and then moves to 15 days in years 2-7.
Municipal Pension Plan (MPP) contribution (8.64% employer contribution) entitlements start your first pay cheque - vesting period 2 years.
Employee Savings Plan (ESP) contribution (1.5% of regular earnings) entitlements start your first pay cheque.
Medical Services Plan (MSP) coverage (100% employer-paid) starts the first of the month following a 6 month waiting period.
Extended Health Care waiting period is 6 months, which is 100% employer paid.
Dental Care waiting period is 6 months, which is 100% employer paid.
