Аналогично в Ричмонде.. И никакой дискриминации...
Причем што интересно, он ушел из Ричмонда на год и рванул в Торонто в муниципалитет..
Там еще больше зарплата как я понимаю..
Но там надо много снега лопатой грести..
Вернулся через год назад и опять его вернули на прежнее место..Чудо работяга..
