Только вот adjustments к prime rate каждая fso сама себе рисует, в зависимости и от спроса тоже

ага, но это никакого отношения к тому что я сказал не имеет, так же как версия о том что интерест онли мортгиджи это шаг к удешевлению продуктов каких то

The Bank of Canada today announced that it will
leave its key interest rate unchanged. As a result, lending institutions in Canada are expected to keep their prime lending rate steady. Today's decision comes after a string of seven consecutive quarter-point rate hikes going back to September of last year.

Meaning if you are paying interest only it will never become yours!?
Correct me if i am mistaken!?

Total CPI inflation has remained above the 2 per cent target, mainly because of increases in consumer energy prices, while core inflation moved up to 2 per cent slightly sooner than expected. All factors considered, the Canadian economy is currently judged to be operating just above its production capacity.
Let's see: inflation is above the target and growing. Economy operating above capacity. Conclusion: leave rates where they are. Odd.
