So, it means I can get a senior position if my experience in .Net is 9 or more years!
I suppose it means- "Deneg hren dadim".

Позиция intermediate. Синьёров не набирают.

Экспириенс, кстати, не имеется в виду именно .Net'овский. Просто скорее всего придётся иметь с дело именно с ним.
