Does anybody know how to get rid of stone chips on a windshield? There is no major damage to the glass, nor cracks; just it's covered with many tiny spots of stone chips.

стекло поменяй, ~ 150 - 200 местных.

Либо чипсы лечи, может дешевле баксов на 50.

Имхо, имеет смысл только самому. Иначе по стоимости почти то же, что стекло поменять.
Надо поискать компаунд (фиг найдешь, т.к. никто этим не занимается), нанести его, залепить скотчем, чтоб не стек, а потом шлифовать. И все равно видно будет.
Можно попробовать прозрачной эпоксидкой. Это в Кан тайр в виде спаренных шприцов продают.

Right, but what is the best magic substance ( filler ) can be used in this case? I highly doubt that modern technology can not help here. Maybe somebody knows some tricks, which will give simple and cost effective way for solution.

А никак. Здоровый починят в любом стеклянном шопе. Эдак каксов за 30. Как придет время лобовуху поменять - так и поменяешь.
