The White Rock Independent Financial Services (IFS) office of Raymond James is seeking a full-time Branch Administrator. Raymond James Ltd. is one of Canada’s leading full-service independent investment dealers offering high quality investment products and services to Canadians seeking customized solutions to their wealth management needs.
A self-motivated individual with exceptional administrative skills and a dependable nature, you bring to the role an ability to work within deadlines both independently and as part of a team, proven and effective time management skills and a focus on client service.
Specifically your duties will include:
• Providing administrative support to the team by assisting the advisors in implementing efficient office operations, running day to day office operations, maintaining and organizing confidential client files/information, liaising with head office and managing correspondence;
• Preparation, maintaining and monitoring of reports;
• Establish and reinforce relationships with clients and prospects;
• Identifying marketing opportunities and design strategies for implementation;
• Liaising with product wholesalers
To qualify for this opportunity, you possess:
• Experience in administration (preferably in the securities industry);
• Completion of the Canadian Securities Course is an asset;
• Proficiency with MS Office, Maximizer and business related software;
• Experience with DataPhile is a definite asset;
• Effective written and oral communication skills
This is a permanent full-time position with a competitive compensation and benefits package.
