This Vancouver engineering client requires a technical support person for their head office with 300 + users. You will be responsible to provide prompt and courteous, onsite technical services to in house clients. You possess excellent customer service skills, an ability to think logically and an ability to diagnose a problem by asking the correct questions. This position involves break fix on the deskside, software support for the servers and some network tasks.




Qualifications include:


- Certifications with minimally A+ ideally MCSE

- 2 years proven ability at second or third level hardware technical support

- Ability to support printers and workstations(both desktop and laptop) .

- Top notch customer service skills

- Good troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

- Excellent communication fluency and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with Windows XP, 2000, Office, Excel and Outlook
- Experience with VMWare, Exchange, Active Directory and Veritas nice to have

- Experience with GIS products (ArcInfo or Auto Cad ) is a plus

компания уж больно хорошая. Был на интервью, но меня туда не возьмут. Так что дерзайте. :D
