Бросается в глаза некое несоответствие.
Много разговоров про тестинг тулз, но ничего конкретного в резюме. Складывается отчетливое впечатление, что кандидат подогнал эти строчки в резюме только потому, что это часто бывает в требованиях.
QEngine - халявный (open source) тул для load/performance testing. А почему в резюме про опыт в таком тестинге не сказано?

Не увидел ключевого тестерского скилла - detail oriented...

Последняя работа контракт? Тогда лучше так и написать в скобочках, чтобы не сочли за хоппера.

Имхо, смотрится средненько. Но подтянуть есть куда.

все что не относится к QA - в самый зад включая финансовые и знания SDLC, ... не вижу сколько лет экспириенса, нужно чтобы это бросалось в глаза, они это ищут. Strong Functional and Technical background with experience - переписать, добавить побольше QA skills в этот раздел ...

не вижу Bug tracking tools? ... их можно выделить отдельно. Programming Languages: ksh, awk, SQL, HTML - просто бы Languages написал, HTML явно не программинг ... не вижу протоколов и нетворк тулс, раз тестировал веб то должен знать ..

очень мало для двух лет и такого проджекта, в 2 раза больше должно быть, тема не раскрыта ... какие виды тестинга использовал, стратегии? .. где митинги?

очень мало для двух лет и такого проджекта, в 2 раза больше должно быть, тема не раскрыта ... какие виды тестинга использовал, стратегии? .. где митинги?

Последняя работа была из Израиля на Канадскую хостинговую фирму. Контракта как такового не было. Переводили электронными деньгами на мой кошелек. Но мой работадатель готов стать рекомендатором.
Что в таком случае написать? И как объяснять такую ситуацию тем, кто во мне заинтересуюется.

так и писать что работал в канадской компании, ремоутли ... тем более референс есть ... и таже и обьяснять, жил в израиле но работал на канадскую фирму, ... поговори с ним поближе, может имеет смысл промолчать про израиль, типа работал здесь ...
