Our client is looking to add an IT/Telecom Lead to their team in the Vancouver area. The right candidate will take on a lead role responsible for the overall functioning of the network and the guidance and management of the team. Having a strong background in MS Operating Systems, IVR, and network protocols such as TCP/IP, DHCP and WINS, the role will analyze network issues and recommend and implement solutions and upgrades accordingly. The role will provide vendor relationships, assure responsive disaster recovery plans, and be available 24/7 to assist on-call personnel.

Must Have: Experience leading small teams (< 2 years)
IVR/Voice Recognition programming experience (4 - 6 years)
LAN/WAN administration and support (2 - 4 years)
TCP/IP, DHCP, WINS, DNS, SMTP, POP3, SNMP (2 - 4 years)
Installation and configuration of PCs, servers, routers, switches (Proficient)
Administration of network health through any network management framework (Proficient)
Experience training end users (Proficient)
Strong consulting, communication, and interpersonal skills in team environment (Expert)
