Requirements
5+ years of QA experience with solid experience in all aspects of the Testing Life Cycle
2+ years experience with financial data testing preferred
Experience testing a mix of technologies such as .NET, C/C++, J2EE, VB, XML, AJAX, HTML, ASP
Experience in testing Web 2.0 styled apps with rich client functionality
Design, develop, maintain and execute manual test cases to assure the developed web products meet design specifications and are within total quality management limits and standards on usability and user experience.
Experience writing thorough test plans for financial applications
Knowledge of Object Oriented Application Development and Design practices (formal design, UML, Rational Rose).
Familiar with project management principles and SDLC
Perform ad hoc, functionality, data integrity, regression, and acceptance testing using manual methods
Responsible for the maintenance test environments applicable to any projects, and perform daily basis testing, build verification test and daily deployments to the production.
Create and maintain documentation pertaining to the Build coordinator roles and describing deployments procedure process.
Create and maintain manually written regression test suites using Functional Test Automation Tool.
Assist in establishing test methodologies and quality processes.
Knowledge of Fogbugz preferred
Degree in the Computer Sciences or Engineering disciplines preferred
