Responsibilities:
# Design and implement a defined methodical quality assurance and test management process.
# Troubleshoot product issues relating to environmental and/or configuration changes
# Develop, maintain and execute automated testing scripts including database back-up and recovery procedure and software installation and performance tests
# Report status of system testing during each quality assurance phase
# Setup and configure laboratory systems for performance and environmental testing
# Assist the Software Development team in strategizing, planning, and implementing activities that measurably improve both product quality and QA/Testing process

Requirements:
# Minimum of 2+ years of software testing experience in diverse environments
# Ability to formulate and implement effective test strategies and identify areas for efficiency improvement through automation
# Experience developing software tests for functional, stress, and regression testing that include manual, ad-hoc, and automated testing elements
# Experience working closely with software developers for clarification and issue resolution
# Strong communication, documentation and problem solving skills
# Exhibits meticulous attention to detail
# Experience with administering Windows XP and 2003 Server
# Experience with administering and maintaining SQL Server
# Experience with .Net and web-based technologies
# BS in Computer Science or related field preferred
