We are currently looking for a dynamic General Manager to lead our exterior cleaning division. This position reports directly to the President.

Our ideal candidate should have relevant education and work experience, valid driver’s license and vehicle, computer skills, strong marketing, communication and negotiation skills. This position has an excellent growth potential!

Responsibilities:

- market division’s services to the community of property managers
- ensure overall profitability of the division: provide estimates, deliver proposals and improve sales
- handle all aspects of production, scheduling, budgeting and customer service
monitor the progress and ensure timely completion of several projects (building envelope cleaning and inspection, window cleaning, pressure washing)
- recruit subcontractors and employees on regular basis to form a core group of competent staff
- negotiate with suppliers and approve invoices

Salary $35000/YR+commission+car and phone allowance.
