Senior Performance and Analytics SW Engineer:

Must Have Requirements:

Minimum of Bachelors of Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math or Physics.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development including some experience with code optimizations.
Expert knowledge and execution in C and C++.
Expert knowledge in shell scripting and common command-line tools.
Advanced knowledge in NFS protocols with brownie points if you know CIFS.
Advanced experience with Linux system administration, including compiling a custom kernel.
Knowledge of statistics and data-analysis methods.
Familiar with modern PC architecture and interconnect technology (e.g. PCIe, SATA, SAS)

Nice to have:

Advanced knowledge in SQL and database concepts with an emphasis in DB query optimizations.
Experience with benchmarking tools (e.g. Overclocking or gaming benchmarks).
Familiar with cryptographic algorithms and protocols (e.g. AES, SHA-1, TLS)
Familiar with POSIX Socket and File APIs
Advanced knowledge about Linux filesystems such as ext3, XFS, or btrfsH

Comfortable using 'ssh' and Remote Desktop protocols in a distributed environment
