IAM Corp is seeking a person to work in a customer support / user experience role.

Individuals must be fluent in English, also speaking and reading Russian definite asset.

Position is full time, shift is evening into early morning shifts 5 days a week. No call centre experience is required.

Strong communication skills is a must, and understanding of basic computer programs, including the Microsoft programs, and a good grasp of navigating the internet.

Must be organized, driven, and able to stay focused while working without supervision. Another key aspect to the position is being able to take the core values of the company and personify that in dealings with the public.

Office is located in downtown Vancouver.

Position includes paid training period.
