Project: Web site builder.
Developed and implemented a browser-based web site builder for non-professional users. This provided users the ability to build fully functional web site without the need to understand HTML. This web site builder was implemented on http://www.ourweddingwebsite.ca and http://www.getmarriedcanada.com.

Project: Propaganda system.
Redesigned and redeveloped Propaganda mailing system – to manage subscriber’s personal info, create / edit emails, manipulate subscriber and email lists, import/export, search functions, etc.

Я вообще-то о том, что я принципиально понять не могу, как можно "помолодеть", скрывая часть экспириенса? Там же все остальное никуда не денешь!

Ну да, у меня вот экспириенс в качестве Electronics Engineer уже 30+ лет, а в качестве программиста уже 15+ лет.

И чего теперь с этим делать? Ну да, в резюме скромно пишу 10+ но ведь все равно же все понятно...

DP на Привете частенько пишет, что по возрасту сеют сильно. Не все, но больше половины точно.
Либо, по его же словам, надо показать стабильный рост в скилзах и респонсибилити. Показать, что зубр еще тот.

ИМХО По последним проектам надо добавить количественные показатели/достижения. Типа, на твоем тулзе слепили сайт из х-тысяч страниц.
И сильно позиционировать себя по скилзам на производство дата-дривен сайтов, больших-корпоративных. Побольше слов про SQL.
