First, effective immediately, we are ceasing all sales in Russia, including renewals for existing customers. We are not blocking access for all Russian IPs and we are not disabling instances. So, unless they appear on sanctions lists or are otherwise determined to be an entity with which we cannot transact in any way, existing paid customers will continue to have access to the features and support they already paid for for the term of the contract, at which point they will be downgraded.
We will execute this change with integrity, recognizing the impact it will have on our small number of existing customers, the majority of whom have done nothing wrong. It is important to minimize the damage to people or organizations that are not affiliated with the government, these odious policies, or the war.
