POSITION SUMMARY
As a Web Support Specialist you will provide technical support to our corporate eCommerce web site and other intranet web systems. You will be involved in web system administration, infrastructure implementation, troubleshooting complex network issues, troubleshooting application problems, installing software releases and fixes to production web sites, as well as providing support for daily web operation and content publishing.
