Soooooooooo true!!!!! Just recenlty argued with my wife about that - she's an early bird and I'm a TERRIBLE night owl! She goes to bed around 10 and wakes up around 7, so she always gets her 8 hrs of sleep! But I feel more energized and productive at nights, and it's not only that noone is on the way at home, but also its so quiet and peaceful behind the window too - no distractioins or anything. So I stay up till 3 (at least, sometimes till I see the first signs of sun on the horizon) and not watching TV or surfing the web, but actually studying or doing other stuff useful for the family.Скрипка писал(а):И пока некоторые тут "дрыхнут", как он выражается, "а потом еще час с кружкой кофе раскачиваются

So I go to bed around 3 or 4 and sleep till around 10 or 11 max, so I actually have less sleep time than my wife BUT - in the mornings this is ME who is a slacker and a sleepy head and of course it's all jokes and stuff - but still it feels like I should be ashamed of my natural habit.. So unfair )))
Of course the days I work 9 to 5 I have to go to bed a bit earlier (like around 2 hehe), but my schedule naturally shifts to later hours during my days off.
I think we should go with the flow, why change yourself, just make sure you are not sleep deprived and ACTUALLY doing something useful at the time you're not sleeping. RIGHT? ))
p.s. sorry don't have a russian keyboard at work
