Вопросик такой. попросили узнать у живых людей, сильно ли различаются примеры резюме в интернете от тех что действительно срабатывают для вызова на интервью. человек имеет большой опыт работы в бухгалтерии в том числе в иностранных компаниях, но работал только в россии, резюме у него соотвественно под российский стандарт. сейчас пытается переделать, но хочет узнать, стоит ли доверять шаблонам. может кто то сможет сразу подсказать место, где ему искать. (ни как не связано с иммиграцией 
))

Только что наняли бууккиипера, полгода назад я искала и нашла работу синьора. не было резюме на русском которое я бы переделывала, поэтому скажу только за местные. На мой взгляд не важно какой шаблон (хоть wordовый), нужно чтобы резюме было подогнано под позицию на которую посылаете - это уже в зубах навязло, но правда! Выберите ключевые слова из описания позиции и обязательно включите в резюме, "хоть тушкой хоть кроликом", а еще лучше - выделить жирным шрифтом. Когда я читала резюме претендетов, особое доверие вызывают детали, когда человек пишет что и как делал с подробностями в разумных пределах. Тогда возникает чувство, что человек действительно это делал, и сможет это делать у нас. На интерьвю никогда не отвечайте однозначно - да или нет, найдите что сказать. Если врете в резюме - отрепетируйте эти области отдельно. Хорошая импровизация должна быть подготовлена заранее. Есть у меня "Interview Techniques.doc", рекрутеры дали - очень полезная вещь если вы серъезно ищете работу. Надо только не поленится, все прочитать и все сделать, т.е. сделать "домашнюю работу". Я уверена что этого полно в интернете, но если нужно могу скинуть в личку.

Russian and English language skills a must
Prior experience working in Russia or CIS preferred
Experience supervising or mentoring technical employees
Experience leading projects of varying scope and complexity
Previous experience in the mining industry is preferred
Ability to function within the qualifications outlined in the attached physical demands sheets
Detail oriented and accurate
Strong knowledge and experience in financial reporting capacity
Previous financial reporting experience for a large public company (Canadian and US Market listed)
Additional Comments:
Directly reports to Director, Finance and Administration in Magadan, Far East Russia.

Или кандидатов подходящих. Судя по описанию там одним балабольством и пальцегнутием не отделаешься. Надо знать о чем речь идет. проф. десигнация+мастер дегри+репортинг опыт в пабликли листед US или канадской компании -такие спецы спецы и здесь хорошо устроены, а со знанием русского языка и опытом работы в СНГ - кандидатов на пальцах можно посчитать. я думаю на 6+4 даже не в деньгах вопрос. ну и магадан - не сочи.ova писал(а): Желающих нет пока.

Подруга переежает из Чикаго в Москву, работала во внутренем аудите в одной большой корпорации и поехала с проверкой в Москву и ей сразу предложили позицию фин директора в Москве.
