это настолько сложная и длительная операция, что у него вполне останется время передавить с десяток новозеландских докторовс точки зрения рещения проблемы безопасности на дорогах в Канаде, аннулирование его прав и высылка из страны проблему решат, а у себя на родине с ним уже по-другому будут разговаривать и наказывать и тюрьмы там не такие комфортные,. нет, надо таких быстро депортировать - сразу после 11 месячного срока, а то как у кого виза просрочена рабочая, так не церемоняться, а тут какие церемонии могут быть с преступником-уголовником? У него ведь нет гражданства.
