The Ukraine is the largest country by land mass in Europe. It has a population 1.5 times that of Canada. It has maintained the second largest military of the states of the former USSR and was well equipped and trained during the period of the USSR. Historically its various military forces have fought many battles. Why does it need 'training'? (Rhetorical question!).

Smart move, a relative truce is in place so go rattle it up again. Peace seems to be the last thing the west wants. Last I saw American's had just finished training Georgian forces in 2008 , than Georgia got cocky and had to be destroyed. Smart move western leaders....again
