Customer Service & Telesales Positions

Startec Canada is a leader in international long distance phone services conveniently located in downtown Vancouver near Burrard Skytrain Station.


Startec is hiring new Customer Service Professionals and Inbound & Outbound Telesales Professionals who have fluency in one or more of the following languages:

Customer Service:

Spanish
Serbian/Bosnian/Croatian
Hindi
Vietnamese

Inbound & Outbound Telesales:

Arabic
Spanish
Serbian/Bosnian/Croatian
Polish/Russian
German

Fluency in English is required

Job offers will be sent out in 48 hours; applicants must be able to start immediately.

Shifts:

Customer Service - part-time shifts 32-39 hours weekly (can lead to full-time)
Telesales - 20-40 hours weekly (can lead to full-time)
Shifts may be morning as early as 6am, daytime or afternoon to 9pm
Some weekend shifts available

-если позиция в кастомерсервисе-это ответы на звонки, если в сейлсе, то нужнозвонить самому
- зарплата 10-11 CAD+бонусы
- бенефиты после 3х месяцев, парамедикал 100, дентал 80%
