Утром просыпаюсь смотрю rebuild failed volume is in critical state соответственно все улетело что на ней было.

Hi Victor,
Yes we can and do recover data from all sorts of RAID boxes like your QNAP TS series NAS. We are extremely competent with all levels of RAID including RAID5 and 6. Please don't use the RAID drives any further if data recovery will be pursued as the odds of success may diminish.
Here's how we work ... A firm quote and a complete diagnostic of your RAID drive(s) and the file system are all provided free and usually with 8 hours. If the quoted price is agreeable we then attempt the recovery and provide you with the results in the form of a list showing all good recovered files and a separate list showing any recovered files that may be damaged due to unreadable areas on the disks. If we get the data files that you need and you approve the results, then we charge you the previously agreed upon fee. If we fail to recover what you need, you pay NOTHING. Recovery time can be anywhere from a few days to a few weeks depending on what damage we find.
When the recovery is complete … Your original hard drive may no longer be useable. We will need to copy the recovered data to a new hard drive, either supplied by you at the time of submitting your case OR we can sell you a competitively priced re-certified external USB3 hard drive for this purpose.
Although we often get RAIDs where the system is reporting one or more “dead” drives, we often find the drives are still 100% functional and the issue is related to a corrupted file system and/or RAID setup. This could be your situation. For a 4 drive RAID5 using four 2TB SATA hard drives our pricing is typically starts at $1500. If one or more of the drives have additional issues, pricing will be higher but until we evaluate the situation further, it’s tough to give an accurate quote.
We realize data recovery is expensive and we understand if the costs are prohibitive to your budget and we thank you for considering Memofix.
When you’re ready to proceed with your data recovery, please create a new case on our website
http://www.memofixdatarecovery.com/data ... te-a-case/ and send it to our Vaughan, ON Lab location OR use our free Canada wide pickup service available when creating a new case. Pickups usually arrive in our lab by 10:30 the next day.
I hope that helps and if you have any other questions or would like a phone call back, please ask.
All the best, David
David Foster
