Intermediate Web Designer:
Responsibilities:
- Work with Product Development and Client Services to gather user experience feedback and define usability requirements for new product enhancements.
- Maximize effectiveness of site/interface including: content organization, navigation,
interaction and visual design to increase customer experience.
- Research and Protoytype web application design and trends in technology and incorporate
into sites.

Experience and Education Requirements:
- 3+ years of Interface Design and/or Usability experience.
- UI Design experience in application and web application development
- Computer Science or Business degree
- 3 years experience with a technology company
- Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Coding experience including HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, ASP.NET, etc.
- A good understanding of Google Ads and Search Engine Optimization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, highly organized and have the ability to complete and
prioritize multiple projects
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- An undergraduate degree OR the equivalent combination of education and experience
- A minimum of two years direct experience in interactive media design
- Strong portfolio and excellent attitude
- Experience with user-centered design particularly in web applications area
- Strong illustration, graphic design and user interface design experience
- Effective written, oral and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, learn new information quickly and
respond in a rapidly evolving environment
- Experience designing and building flash animation and incorporating into a web site.



QА Тестер:
Must Have:
• Experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst in a software development environment (2 - 4 years)
• Implement test strategies through automation (2 - 4 years)
• Experience in designing and implementing a defined methodical quality assurance and test management process.
• Experience in .NET and web-based environment (< 2 years)
• Excellent communication and escalation skills.
• Experience with Load, Performance and Stress Testing


Responsibilities:
• Help design, implement and execute a 2nd round Unit testing processes
• Design, build and execute Unit tests from Requirements and Specifications to ensure resulting software complies with documented requirements.
• Perform and document test procedures to confirm software product functionality and integrity.
• Troubleshoot product issues relating to environmental and/or configuration changes
• Provides estimates of testing effort on assigned tasks.
• Work closely with IT support and operations in designing and building proprietary testing tools.
• Report bug details to bug tracking system.
• Prepare test status reports.
• Maintain bug tracking system up to date.
• Contribute to test plans and test cases for product testing (functionality, regression, etc.).
• Work with the engineering team to identify, characterize and resolve bugs.
• Setup and maintain test bed systems.
• Assist the Software Development team in strategizing, planning, and implementing activities that measurably improve both product quality and QA/Testing processes
