Вопрос к изобретателям
если можно?
Как изготовить цепь (кольцо в кольце) на токарном станке,кольца естественно цельные. (я ещё не знаю как это зделать и это не прикол я в детстве видел, только чел этот умер)
спасибо

как делать сферу в сфере я знаю.

При всей занятности, вопрос Ваш, строго говоря, к изобретательству отношения не имеет. ПОЛЕЗНОСТЬ изобретения - один из базовых критериев при оценке ОБЪЕКТА (устройство, вещество, способ) изобретения. Расхожий пример - гильотина для отсекания голов мухам - экспертизой изобретением не признается ( при самой хитроумной и оригинальной конструкции) как не отвечающая критерию ПОЛЕЗНОСТИ.
Не сочтите за высокомерие - просто это базовые положения большинства Патентных Законодательств различных стран.

А по поводу ТРИЗа или без оного встретиться, ИМХО - не принципиально. Я - ЗА в любом варианте.

Если встречаться, то должна быть тема для встречи, собственно поэтому ТРИЗ и предложил. Просто так друг на друга посмотреть прикольно конечно, но это и без изобретений можно делать.

Mr. Toth is a registered patent and trademark agent and lawyer, with five years of previous work experience as an electronics engineer. Nick Toth recently joined Nexus Law Group LLP, an intellectual property law firm located in Vancouver. Mr. Toth practices in all areas of intellectual property law, including patents, industrial design, trade-mark, trade secret and copyright. He makes particular use of his electronics/optics engineering expertise in preparing and prosecuting patent and industrial design applications; conducting patent searches; providing patentability, validity and infringement opinions; preparing technology transfer and licensing agreements; preparing non-disclosure agreements; advising on and registering software copyright; and advising B.C. high-tech companies on intellectual property issues.

Для начала приготовьте тыщ 100-150-200 на регистрацию и защиту патента.

Патентоведу надо платить US$ 10,000. Советуют одновременно подавать заявку в патентную систему Канады и США. Итого - US$ 20,000.
Можно подавать без помощи патентоведа, т.е. рисковать. Некоторые таким образом патент получали.

если подавать в обе страны, то разница в деньгах по сути будет

(из рассказов тех, кто имеет по 60 патентов и более)

Auditions are taking place in Vancouver for season two of DRAGONS’ DEN, returning this fall on CBC Television. The show gives aspiring entrepreneurs the opportunity to pitch their ideas to a panel of wealthy businesspeople otherwise known as the Dragons on national television. The prize is real cash and real investment, from the Dragons' own pockets. The Dragons have agreed to invest their own money in the best ideas.
