CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

This person would have a strong background in wood-frame construction with experience in townhouse, apartment and single-family dwellings. Good communication skills, the ability to deal effectively with issues and strong team leadership, are also necessary qualifications for this position.

ESTIMATOR
Join one of BC’s largest and most recognized residential builders. We are growing again and are looking for Estimator to join our dynamic team.
This person would have a strong background in wood-frame construction with experience in townhouse, apartment and single-family dwellings, as well as excellent communication and negotiating skills, 5 years experience in the construction industry, strong computer skills and the ability to work in a team setting. Preparing budgets, tendering of projects, cost control and researching new products are also a part of this position.

SITE COORDINATORS
Join one of BC’s largest and most recognized residential builders. We are growing again and are looking for Site Coordinators to join our dynamic team.
Experience in wood-frame construction or in detail finishing of single-family, townhouse or apartment dwellings is essential. Good communication skills, the ability to resolve issues with subcontractors and producing a quality product for our customers are also necessary qualifications for these positions.
