иметы нормальный мыл, друзья вероятно не присылают спам ... а если куда-то на сомнительный ресурс подписаться надо и получить код, пассворд, доступ итд ... почему нет

Именно друзья и посылают -- точнее, их зараженные компьютеры. Плюс, боты-вирусы раздают твой "нормальный" мыл с зараженного компа твоего друга всем ботам из его адресной книги, из их адресных книг -- ботам их друзей итд.

В результате поток спама нарастает в геометрической прогрессии.

ну не знаю, на гмейле весь спам автоматом в гарбидж идет, у провайдера тоже не замечено ...

Баян! mailinator.com давно уже такой сервис предоставляет, до него еще какой-то советский ресурс был года 3 назад.
