Эта часть резюме очень важна и тут надо четко сказатьь что Вы хотите. Булшит не приветствуется. В самом укороченном варианте если Вы ищете позицию Software Developer, то можете просто посреди строчки заглавными буквами и болдом написать:
SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

SUMMARY:

Здесь надо каждую позицию выделить буллетом, но, самое главное, содержание должно быть привлекательным и подробным. Резюме - это рекламный проспект Вашего товара. А в таком виде оно несет информацию типа "а пошли бы вы все в задницу". Так трудно что-то продать.

В принципе, написание резюме в первый раз - это не простая задача и мало кому это удается сделать прилично. Чтобы поправить ситуацию нужно две вещи:
- понять что такое резюме
- посмотреть на примеры его написания
