Кодировка в почте

Привет!

У человека в штатах стоит почтовый клиент от Netscape. Если ему прислать письмо по-русски, и он на него ответит, то я получаю русский текст.

Если он сам создаст письмо и напишет там по-русски, то получаю выпросительные знаки.

Никто не знает, что надо сделать (выбрать как-то кодировку письма?), чтобы решить проблему?

P.S. Вот что он пишет:

Then, there is another problem in my system which I never had before. I

and, with downloading complete, in both cases I was getting an error
message: "the program could not be opened because of an unknown error
occurred. Try saving on disc first and then opening the file." Does
saving on disc means using a floppy when downloading? To me it looks
like there is a basic problem somewhere in my computer system.
