Job Title: Infrastructure Team Lead/Sysadmin
Description: Goal
Insure smooth operations and production uptime. Maintain and administer production and office servers, storages and network. Assess infrastructure needs and align with business. Provide support to demanding end users. This is an excellent opportunity to get involved with all aspects of the IT department of a growing company. The right candidate will need to be self motivated, hands-on and capable of managing his own workload and lead a team of 1-2 infrastructure team members. Reports to VP, Technology

Responsibilities
•Maintenance and administration of the server room, network, firewalls, production servers and storages, SAN, active directory, mail server, file server, VPN, Blackberry server, networked printers, FTP, and other devises and systems as required
•Infrastructure architecture, network security
•Assessment of project requirements to create specifications of equipment or solution required.
•Maintain MS CRM and SharePoint
•Recommend and perform system upgrades to address growth needs
•Research and solutions proposal to improve performance and reduce costs
•Identify, monitor and timely resolve technical problems. Escalation to 3rd party providers and techsupport. Assessment of and liaison with vendors.
•Provide support to end users on a variety of issues.
•Communicate with different levels
•Lead and share responsibilities with 2 infrastructure team members
•24/7 Emergency stand-by

Qualifications
•Excellent oral and written communication skills; leadership and interpersonal skills
•Experience with Windows Server 2003, Windows XP, VPN, MS Exchange, SQL Server, Symantec Antivirus, MS Office 2003, wireless networking, AD, IIS, DNS administration
•Experience with EMC SAN, DAS and large size data management.
•Strong ability in troubleshooting software, servers, storages and network devices
•Hardware skills – architecture, configuration
•Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures
•Minimum 7 years experience and
•Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or closely related subject required.
•MCSA/MCSE Certification
